Welcome back! Let’s get into it with the Slope Formula, the basic concept that is at the heart of all grading calculations. You may already be friends with this tool under its other name, Rise over Run. By the end of this module, you will: 

• Know the Slope Formula and its three forms by heart
• Be able to find the three variables you need to use in the Slope Formula in graphic or word problems
• Understand how to apply the rules on the Cheat Sheet to quickly solve graphic problems
• Be able to use the Cheat Sheet to predict what a more complex answer should look like
