Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Since we sell digital content, we can’t always offer automatic refunds. However, we do our best to support our learning community. Tell us what’s going on and we’ll make it right. 

Webinars:

If you have registered for a webinar, you are in like Flynn. Sick? Boss wouldn’t unchain you from the workstation? Just contact us and we’ll set you up with a refund, a transfer, or a promo code for free admission to a future session.  Did you take our webinar and fail your exam? Let me know and I’ll get you a free repeat seat if you think that will help.

On-Demand Courses and Independent Study Materials:

Once you have completed purchase, these items are yours. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of our material for any reason, you can get a full refund, no questions asked. 

Refunds

Most refunds will be processed as soon as we see your request. (Sometimes we unchain ourselves from the workstation too, so give us 24 hours to reply.) If you want a transfer, we might ask you to wait until registration is open for the session you want.
